"After the death of my oldest brother my family and I were faced with the difficult task of selling the family home. Since this was the home my siblings and I grew up in, it was so much more than a real estate transaction. It was 68 years of memories.

Being a long distance seller and this being distressed economic times I knew I needed a true professional. I needed someone with integrity and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry as well as someone who understood the emotions involved. Kelly certainly proved to be that person.

Kelly never hesitated to go the extra mile. He educated us on the challenging real estate market and kept us informed every step of the way. Kelly kept track of all activity, new listings, sales and showings. He was always available to give feedback and valuable suggestions on how to better present the home to potential buyers. Kelly is a very creative person, using social media in addition to more traditional marketing methods to get the home sold. Kelly represented our family home as if it was his, keeping our best interests in mind.

Kelly’s work didn’t stop once an offer was accepted. He graciously met with home inspectors, contractors and other trades people time after time.

Kelly is not only exceptional in his industry but also as a person. He is truly a giving person willing to help in any way he can. I have already recommended him to friends and co-workers for their real estate needs.

I congratulate Keller Williams on having this fine person as a member of their organization"

"We worked with Kelly for our first home purchase and were very happy and thankful to have found him. Kelly is very knowledgeable about the entire process and his honesty and ability to speak frankly made us feel comfortable throughout the home buying process. I actually felt the need to thank him for his patience with us throughout the process - which took nearly a year. His response was simply, “It really doesn’t matter to me how long it takes for you to find a home, I just want you to be happy with your decision”. His actions and his advice throughout this time proved to me that he really meant every word he said. I never felt any sort of pressure from Kelly during the home search or while negotiating the final purchase.

As I stated, it was nearly a year after we met Kelly that we finally made the purchase. Throughout the year, we came close on a couple of other properties, negotiating but not coming to an agreement on either of the other properties. Kelly was very supportive during those situations and really helped to ease some of the feelings of anxiety that can accompany the negotiating process.

I would definitely go to Kelly again with any real estate transactions. His professionalism is instantly evident when you meet him, and it’s quite obvious from his relationships with some of the other agents we met that he is very respected in the business. He is an enjoyable person to be around as well. After working with and getting to know Kelly during the last year, I am proud to call him my friend, and I recommend him highly."

"My husband and I decided to start our first house hunt in January of 2012 and are so fortunate that Kelly was the one to pick up the phone at the office that day. Being first time home shoppers, Kelly answered our questions and explained the entire home buying process the first time we met him, as well as along each step of the way. We were pretty aggressive in wanting to find a home quickly (though we didn’t know it at first) and Kelly made himself available on short notice during the week and on weekends, any time of day, for us. He considered all of our wants in a home, and was able to guide us to different areas than we had first thought were available to us. At each new house we walked through he would ask us questions about what we liked and didn’t, helping us in the process to refine our search. He was informative and supportive without swaying our decision, and made sure that both my husband and I spoke up about what we wanted and needed in a home...ensuring that our marriage made it through the process as well!

Once decided on a house, Kelly went above and beyond during the home inspection, lawyer discussions, and even came out to meet a PermaSeal inspector at our new house when both my husband and I were unavailable. He made us feel comfortable at all times during the process, recommended excellent professionals along the way, and even helped us celebrate by being there as we stepped into our new home for the first time after closing. We highly recommend Kelly and should we need any more assistance with home buying or selling, we will absolutely work with him again...though we plan to stay in our house for a very, very long time!

"We’ve worked with many realtors in the course of buying and selling homes over the years, but Kelly Leggett by far is the best! He was so patient and kind during our home search, which spanned a few seasons. Kelly was always attentive, returning calls and emails promptly, offering words of encouragement when we had just about given up finding the right home and working tirelessly to show us everything available in our desired location and price range. His friendly, upbeat personality was comforting and he never made us feel like a burden. In the end, when we finally found the home we wanted, we ended up going out of town and Kelly was wonderful in taking care of all the appointments and keeping us in the loop with phone calls and emails. We give Kelly our highest recommendation and would be happy to work with him in the future."

"I cannot recommend Kelly Leggett highly enough! He truly cares and got us into homes we wanted to see ASAP and put our offers together quickly. He’s diligent, caring, patient, and responsive. He often answered my questions before I even had to ask them. He stuck with us through multiple bidding wars and disappointments. Kelly also loves dogs. Thanks to Kelly, yesterday we finally purchased a home!
